Carnival Moscow Food Co-op is celebrating 40 years with live music performances, carnival midway games and activities. “Charge into Battle Against Hunger” The Spokane Renaissance Faire is raising money and food for the Second Harvest Food Bank. The event will begin at 10 a.m. with a food drive, followed by a benefit dinner and sale from Vintage Vines. The event will include the opportunity to win free passes to the fair and a diamond necklace from Tracy Jewelers. Anyone making a donation of $10 or more will receive a 2-for-1 pass to the fair. Vintage Vines will offer drink specials with a portion going to Second Harvest. A special Renaissance Dinner will be served including “The Big Dog,” roasted chicken legs and a pint for $10. 10 percent off to-go bottles of wine to those bringing in a can of food.
