Tea party to crash

The tea party has clearly demonstrated that all it cares about is trying to impede the government at any cost and not do what is best for the country. Anyone with a grain of common sense knows that Obama will veto any budget sent to him that defunds his signature legislation.

So why would the GOP/tea party submit a budget that has no chance of passing? That question is for tea party supporters to ponder. And while they’re at it, I hope they consider that it is highly probable that the vast majority of people will blame them if their antics cause the country to go into default. Is the tea party so self-involved that it does not see that such obstructionist action will come back to bite them?

I personally hope the tea partyers proceed with their “extortion” plan because it will only illustrate once again how the country and even their own party are paying for their insolence. It will be the fastest course to getting them all voted out of office.
