Festival of Homes will offer tours

The Spokane Home Builders Association will present its ninth annual Fall Festival of Homes Friday through Sunday and Oct. 4 through 6 at various locations throughout Spokane County.

Homes in various price ranges and neighborhoods will be featured during this event which showcases newly-constructed homes.
