Obituary: Crow, Edith M.

Age 90

CROW, Edith M. Our beloved mother, grand- mother, great-grandmother, and wife passed away September 21st, 2013 at home, surrounded by her family.

She was born April 14th, 1923 in Turner Falls, MA.

She moved to San Francisco, CA in 1947 where she quickly met Lawrence E. Crow whom she married and loved for over 65 years.

Together they raised three daughters; Elizabeth (Edwards), Catherine (Carlin), and Barbara (Meyer).

She has nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

When she and Lawrence bought Oakland Rubber Stamp Co. they worked tirelessly, side by side, to make it a success.

They retired to Union, WA in 1988, and moved to Spokane in 2006 to be closer to family.

She knew her family’s lives and interests, and quietly helped them all.

She worried, she cared, she gave, and she loved.

She never realized the power of her love and influence to all in her family.

We will miss her dearly.

Thank you to Horizon Hospice and especially Kasey Rossolillo.

Services will be at Northwood Presbyterian Church located at 6721 N. Monroe St. on October 5th at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Northwood Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
