 DCI Engineers has promoted David Giordano and Justin Cook from associate principals to principals. Giordano joined DCI in 1998 and has more than 15 years of experience in designing and leading project teams for commercial, residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, a Platinum Allied member of the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Washington. Cook joined DCI in 1999 and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial, residential, retail, industrial and higher education projects. He is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Washington and a Platinum Allied member of the American Institute of Architects.

Finance

 Kevin P. West has been named to the President’s Club at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management for his creativity and excellence in providing investment products and wealth management services to his clients. West is a senior vice president, financial adviser and senior investment management consultant in the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management office in Spokane. Membership in the President’s Club is awarded to the firm’s leading financial advisers. West has been with the firm since 1986.

 Numerica Credit Union has hired Nicole Butler as the branch manager for the Five Mile branch. Previously, Butler was the branch manager of Kitsap Credit Union’s Poulsbo branch in Poulsbo, Wash., for four years. She has seven years of experience in the financial industry.

 Inland Northwest Bank has promoted Mark Dresback from chief lending officer to executive vice president and chief revenue officer. Dresback has been with the bank for 12 years.

 Spokane Teachers Credit Union received several Diamond Awards from the Credit Union National Association Marketing & Business Development Council, including a Category’s Best Award for its efforts in providing free financial education to Inland Northwest residents. STCU has opened its 17th branch location in the Hutton Building in downtown Spokane at 9 S. Washington St.

 The Credit Union National Association Marketing & Business Development Council also recognized Horizon Credit Union with five Diamond awards. In addition, Horizon’s relationship development manager, Josh Allison, was honored with the industry’s 2014 Business Development Professional of the Year Award.

Marketing

 14Four has hired Seth Gossler and Jacob Varns as front-end developers. Previously, Gossler was a developer at Eastern Washington University and North by Northwest Productions. Varns was previously a software developer for Spokane Teachers Credit Union. Gossler and Varns are graduates of the computer science program at Eastern Washington University.

Nonprofit

 Greater Spokane Incorporated has hired Josh Deal as a public policy coordinator; Drew Repp as an economic development coordinator; and Tammy Pruitt as a publications coordinator. GSI has also promoted Alisha Benson to vice president of education and workforce and the executive director of Spokane STEM; Meg Lindsay to the education and workforce and Spokane STEM program manager; and Kevin Dudley to marketing and communications manager.

Performing arts

 The Music Teachers National Association has named Margee Webster as an MTNA Foundation Fellow at the 2014 MTNA National Conference. Webster is a nationally certified teacher of music and has been teaching piano professionally for more than 30 years. She is a member of the piano faculty at Gonzaga University and for the Holy Names Music Center Piano Camp. Webster has served as president of both the Spokane Music Teachers Association and of the Washington State Music Teachers Association.

Real estate

Kathleen Sullivan and Martina Coordes have joined Windermere North Spokane LLC as brokers. Previously, Sullivan was the owner and instructor of Hilltop Stables in Walla Walla. Coordes was the Drug Free Communities program manager at Pend Oreille County Counseling Services in Newport.

Former Gonzaga University and professional basketball player Richie Frahm has joined Choice Realty as a real estate broker. Frahm works in both residential and commercial real estate.

 Evette Wilie has joined Keller Williams Realty Spokane. Previously, Wilie worked at Waste Management for Spokane.

 The Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors has honored 39 local Realtors with Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty with the Circle of Excellence award. The award recognizes commitment to the community, growth in education and high sales volume.
