 Mark Dailey has been elected chairman of the board at Integrus Architecture. Dailey joined Integrus in 1990 and has been a principal since 1996. He is licensed in Idaho, Indiana, Montana, North Carolina and Washington.

Communications

 Gibby Media Group has hired Michael Morgan as a multimedia specialist. Morgan has eight years of experience in information technology and communications systems. He was in the 659 Engineering Company out of Fairchild Air Force Base Reserve Center.

Education

 Rex Fuller has been elected to the inaugural board of directors of the Association of Chief Academic Officers. Fuller is the Eastern Washington University provost and vice president for academic affairs. As a member of the board, Fuller will work with other provosts and vice presidents nationwide to improve educational quality.

Engineering

 DCI Engineers has promoted Logun Rasmussen and Thomas Holman to senior project managers and Matthew Thomas to structural senior project manager. Rasmussen has been with DCI since 2004. Holman has more than nine years of experience in structural engineering in the industrial, medical and commercial industries. Thomas has been with DCI since 2006.

 Mike Sill has been hired as engineering and commissioning manager of McKinstry’s Spokane office. Sill has more than 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management.

Finance

 Craig R. Whitbeck has achieved membership in Commonwealth Financial Network’s 2014 President’s Club. Whitbeck is a financial adviser with Commonwealth and the owner of Clear Future Financial, LLC. Membership in the Club ranks Whitbeck among the top of Commonwealth’s financial advisers.

Health care

 Kootenai Health has been verified as a Level III Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma. To receive this verification, Kootenai was evaluated on the resources patients require for all levels of trauma care.

Nonprofit

The Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho has hired Mara Sorkin and Jennifer Young as membership, volunteer and program coordinators. Previously, Sorkin was events coordinator for the President’s Office at Whitman College and Young was a district executive and camp director for the Great Southwest Council - Boy Scouts of America in New Mexico.

Sales

Visit Spokane has appointed Shannon Shannon as director of sales and Brooke LaFleur as director of national accounts. Shannon joined Visit Spokane in 2003 and served most recently as senior director of national accounts. LaFleur worked in the sales department at the Coeur d’Alene Resort for four years then as a major market sales manager at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla in San Diego.
