Obituary: Oliver, Richard S. Sgt 1St Class (Ret)
Age 93
He had one Brother Stanley who preceded him.
He served in the US Army WW II and Korea.
He met and married Ingrid Hymiller who passed away April 3rd, 2013.
They were married for 62 years.
After retiring they settled in San Francisco to raise two daughters, Sharon and Gail.
He had four wonderful grandchildren: Brendon, Jason (Jinnie), Leona (Brian), Heather (John); and five great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Ronnie Oliver; and many other nieces and nephews.
He was a “Rock” to his entire family.
He was a gifted pianist and was still bowling 200 games into his 80’s.
His Service will be April 28th, 2014 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church 7307 N. Nevada at 12 noon and burial will be at VA Military Cemetery in Medical Lake at 3pm on same day.
