Construction

The Inland Northwest Chapter of The Associated General Contractors of America has elected the following individuals to the 2014 board: president, Vince Campanella of Lydig Construction Inc.; senior vice president, Mike Reilly of Cameron-Reilly LLC; and vice president, Robert Seghetti of Acme Concrete Paving Inc. John Madden, of Inland Asphalt Co., has been named as a new director on the board. Wayne Brokaw, executive director of the Inland Northwest AGC, has been elected chair of the Executive Leadership Council.

Engineering

DCI Engineers has promoted Josh Comfort and Scott Rivas to senior project managers, and Kelly Andersen to project manager. Comfort is a member of the structural engineering team with more than 13 years of engineering experience, including eight years at DCI. Rivas is in the civil engineering department. He has been with DCI since 2004 and has more than 19 years of civil design experience. Andersen has been with DCI’s structural team since 2005 and has more than nine years of design experience.

Trindera Engineering has promoted Barbara Barker to principal. Barker has more than 25 years of experience in lighting design and joined Trindera in 2012 as a lighting consultant. She holds her Lighting Certification and is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as an LEED BD+C professional.

Dina Cole, a property manager in Kiemle & Hagood Co.’s commercial management division, has been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Green Associate. To earn this certification, Cole completed examination of current green building principles and practices.

Miscellaneous

The owner of Spokane Cleaning Authority, Mark Silver, earned the 2013 Mark of Excellence award. This award is given to the top Cleaning Authority franchises in the nation and recognizes excellent sales and customer satisfaction.

Real estate

Julie Kuhlmann, a sales associate/ representative with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Real Estate, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation from the Council of Residential Specialists. To earn this designation, Kuhlmann completed advanced training in residential real estate. She has also been named a member of Coldwell Banker’s 2013 International Sterling Society, which is awarded the company’s top 14 percent of sales associates/representatives worldwide.

Lisa Kinne and Troy Puyear have joined Keller Williams Realty Spokane.

Etailz has hired Valentina Karakay as an accounting clerk and Bert Fererro as an IT support technician.

Software

Russell Page has been named chief executive officer of DaRK Capital, a holding company that owns Imprezzio Inc., Imprezzio Global, Imprezzio Marketing, OmniPark, Bad Kitty Studios and Racing Snail. Previously, Page served as the president of Imprezzio. He has been with the company since 2009.
