RV dealership buys two lots

The company that owns and operates R’nR RV Center in Liberty Lake has purchased two vacant lots next to its large service center and showrooms at 23203 E. Knox Ave.

RJCB Investments LLC paid $500,000 for the lots, buying the property from Pring Corp., of Spokane. The two lots will give the dealership three extra acres.

It already owns the 14 acres along Knox where it has two large service buildings and a showroom and parts department building. Those were also purchased from Pring Corp.

The extra land will be used for storage and parking, said R’nR RV Centers General Manager Jerry Wagner.

Guy Byrd of  Cornerstone Property Advisors brokered the sale.

Noodle bar to open downtown

Josh Hissong and business partner Armando Hurtado, an architect, will open Nudo, a ramen restaurant, at 818 W. Sprague Ave. in downtown Spokane. It will be next to Fire Artisan Pizza, in the Davenport Hotel arts district.

They and two silent partners plan to open the eatery for lunch and dinner in mid-May. They’re taking the space last used by Berg’s Shoes.

Hissong and Hurtado also operate South Hill sushi restaurant Ginger. They plan to open another food place in downtown Spokane later this fall, Hissong said.

AAA of Spokane moves to new site

The main AAA of Spokane office will reopen this week in its new building at 1314 S. Grand Blvd., on Spokane’s South Hill.

The travel company is taking over the vacant space last used by Savory.

It will open doors for business on Monday, after closing its previous downtown office, at 1717 W. Fourth Ave. The new location comes with a 10-year lease, said a AAA of Spokane spokesperson.

It will host an open house and grand opening May 12-16.

Its two other Spokane locations will continue operating as usual.
