Silverwood Theme Park opening with discount tickets

Silverwood Theme Park opens for weekends Saturday. It will be the North Idaho park’s 27th season.

This weekend admission price will be discounted to $19.88 in celebration of Silverwood’s first season in 1988.

The theme park will begin daily operation May 24, and Boulder Beach Water Park opens May 31.

Spanning 221 acres north of Coeur d’Alene, Silverwood is the largest theme and water park in the Northwest. Two new rides for families and young children – a giant puppy ride that barks on command and a spinning family coaster – are expected to open by the end of May.
