Thin the forests

Let us, and our forests, breathe again. Green thinned forests – or black, burned, destroyed forests? Our choice, now.

Thin, not clearcut – as the environmental extremist wackos always try to scream – our forests now. Or foolishly continue to allow this extremist small percentage, 5 percent or less of our country, to tell us that we cannot touch one tree. But it is OK for all of our trees to burn down instead and have us endure unnecessary gray, smoky skies, instead of summer sunshine?

Let’s wake up now, America. Immediately, we need to tell the so-called decision-makers to start the thinning of our federal and state forests and national parks in order to save our forests from the huge fires that only become so devastating because the trees are so overgrown, smothered and nearly screaming for some space.

That’s why the fires like those surrounding us now became huge and out of control.

Plus, a lot of good-paying, long-term jobs would result.
