Spokane opinions needed

Hey, Spokane and Coeur d’Alene sportsmen:

Too bad the U.S. Forest Service doesn’t think much of your opinion and use of the resources on the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests. Otherwise, they would have come to Spokane and presented their proposed action for the revision of the forest plan. They would have sought your input and comments on how to manage your favorite hunting and fishing sites for the next 20 years.

They did present their proposal to the locals in Orofino, Grangeville, Lewiston, Moscow, and in Missoula on Aug. 4. I guess they think that those communities will represent your input and take care of your favorite hunting and fishing sites. If they don’t, you may have to take up quilting or something.

Well, it’s not too late to get involved. Access the website and let them know how they should manage your favorite hunting and fishing sites.
