Karen Stratton picked for Spokane City Council

Staff reports
Karen Stratton, a city clerk, will join the Spokane City Council. Council members selected her from five finalists to serve out the remainder of former councilman Steve Salvatori’s term. Stratton is the former executive assistant to former Mayor Mary Verner.
