Wolf program a joke

The environmentalists and those who got the wolf put on the endangered species list should pay all costs. The wolf program is the dumbest political maneuver since Prohibition. The only thing the wolf does worthwhile is keep wildlife biologists employed. I also hear that the program for paying for the slaughter of farm animals is being derailed and that the money is harder to get.

Why should the taxpayer pay for a worthless program? The wolf was extinct or darn near extinct in 1942 and everyone was happy until they were reintroduced to the tune of many millions of dollars. Oh well, politicians must keep their money sources happy. They probably make National Geographic happy. Maybe that money-making organization should pay for wolf management. Supporters of the wolf are educated beyond their native intelligence.

The state of Washington has overridden the U.S. government when it comes to the sale of pot, and disregards federal law, but when asked about the wolf, they say it is in the law to protect it. Go figure. Money is involved all the way, and that is all that matters to politicians. Maybe the wolf program should be derailed and money saved.
