Spokane Valley Habitat for Humanity store burglarized

Thief stole $1,000 in donations

Someone stole $1,000 in cash donated to the Spokane Valley Habitat for Humanity store sometime between Saturday night and Monday morning.

An employee of the store, located near the 3800 block of N. Sullivan Road, told Spokane County sheriff’s deputies that the thief or thieves entered through a broken window and stole a donation box that contained cash and coins.

Sheriff’s deputies have no suspects. Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Check at (509) 456-2233.
