Four corners: Washington State Cougars

Coming up: Saturday at Utah, 5 p.m. (Pac-12 Wash.)

Outlook: Washington State can complete its first sweep of the season by beating Utah on Saturday, but it won’t be easy. The Utes, who lost to the Cougars 49-46 in Pullman in January, have yet to win a Pac-12 road game. However, Utah is 3-1 against Pac-12 foes on its home court, where it averages more than 9,000 fans per game. That being said, the Cougars didn’t have DaVonte Lacy available when they beat the Utes in Pullman. The junior guard has since returned from his rib injury and played key roles in WSU’s games against Washington and Colorado. Lacy scored a career-high 34 points against the Buffaloes on Wednesday.
