Tech company moves office

Minno Tablets, a tech company that sells tablet computers primarily to businesses, has moved from Spokane Valley to the Innovate Washington office in the Riverpoint higher education campus.

It’s leasing 2,440 square feet on the lower level of the building at 665 Riverpoint Blvd.

The company has a general office in Santa Barbara and uses the Spokane office for sales and distribution.

It sells tablets globally to both businesses and education customers.

The company’s Spokane manager is Chris Ryan.

Marc Mower of Kiemle & Hagood helped broker the lease.

Great Harvest finishes remodel

Owner Ross Umbdenstock will reopen the Great Harvest Bakery on Spokane’s South Hill after renovations and improvements.

The store, at 2530 E. 29th Ave., has also expanded its menu.

Originally launched in Great Falls, there has been a Spokane Great Harvest for more than 30 years. .

A grand reopening will take place Feb. 28 through March 1 at the store.

Two businesses join Business Park

Two businesses have leased space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, in Spokane Valley.

Professional Sleep Services Inc. has leased 1,250 square feet. It develops sleep disorder treatment programs, primarily for customers in the transportation industry. Company founder Al Tall has relocated the office from Edmonds.

Gold Stone Construction, a distributor of insulation, has taken 4,000 square feet of space in Building 3.

Tanning salon adds new location

John and Deena Treperinas will open their second Sunny Buns Tanning Salon at the Garland Court Retail Center, 634 W. Garland Ave., in roughly two months.

The couple has one current tanning salon business near the Lincoln Heights Shopping Center.

They’re leasing 2,340 square feet. Colin Conway of Kiemle & Hagood helped arrange the lease.
