Coming up: Gonzaga men’s basketball

 

COMING UP: Tonight at Pacific, 7 (ESPNU); Saturday at Saint Mary’s, 7 p.m. (ESPN2)

OUTLOOK: The Bulldogs are still in search of one victory that will clinch an outright WCC championship after last week’s 0-2 road trip. Gonzaga, minus Gary Bell Jr. and with Sam Dower Jr. battling a bad back, made 69.2 percent of its shots – fifth best in school history – and routed the Tigers 86-64 in January. The Tigers (14-13, 5-11) have had a streaky first season in the WCC. They started out 1-6 and then won four of six. They enter tonight with a three-game losing streak. Seniors Andrew Bock (11.5), Tony Gill (11.4) and Sama Taku (11.3) lead Pacific in scoring. Pacific is tied with Santa Clara for eighth place.
