Train cameras on tracks

Since Spokane already has a community television (Channel 5) that shows auto traffic, it might be good to add cameras to monitor trains crossing the Latah trestle and Sunset Junction (three tracks merge there), so as to keep track of what, when and how many trains go in either direction; in case something happens.

I think data apart from that provided by BNSF Railway are needed to manage this problem. This should be 24-hour monitoring. I know trains go through after midnight.
