It’s the dish you make over and over and over again, the one that always turns out just right, the one your friends and family rave about.
Whether it’s dessert or hors d’oeuvres, a side or a main, it’s your signature dish. And The Spokesman-Review Food section wants to share it with readers through the new In the Kitchen with … feature, which debuts today.
To be considered, submit the measurements, ingredients and instructions – along with about 500 words describing the recipe and its importance.
Recipes should be original. If you’ve adjusted an existing recipe, making it your own with significant modifications, be sure to give credit to the original source. And be as clear and specific as possible, particularly with the directions.
Chefs, restaurateurs and other food industry professionals are welcome to participate along with home cooks, foodies, culinary students and anyone else who has favorite, reliable recipes that they don’t want to keep secret.
