Age 94
Mabel was born August 17, 1919, at Lamont, Washington, to Alfred Joseph Swannack and Jennie Jane McGlashan.
Her family moved to Sumner, WA., when Mabel was a young girl where they bought a berry farm.
Mabel was a graduate of Sumner High School, class of 1937.
She attended business school in Tacoma, WA.
She was married to Kenneth Wm.
Curtis in 1942, and they spent most of their married life in Tacoma.
They retired to Waverly, WA.
Kenneth passed away in 1987.
She married Lyle H. Nelson in 1990 and they made their home at Holman Gardens in the Spokane Valley.
Lyle passed away in 1997.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Alice May Shields; brothers, Robert Joseph Swannack and Harry Francis Swannack.
She is survived by nine nieces and nephews.
A private family burial will be at Waverly Cemetery in Waverly, WA.
