DCI Engineers has hired Ryan Schuster as a right-of-way services manager in the civil engineering division. Schuster is a land acquisition professional with more than 10 years of experience in the sales and engineering industries. He is a member of the International Right-of-Way Association and the American Association of Professional Landmen.

Ron Wachter has been named director of the board for RiverBank. Wachter is the manager of Helena Chemical, the president of NuChem LTD, a managing member of Eagle Fish Associates, co-manager of Pullman Inn-Vestments and the president of Hilltop Development Co. He previously served as chairman of the board of directors for the Bank of Pullman.

Health care

Sunshine Terrace has been recognized as a recipient of the 2014 Bronze Commitment to Quality Award through the National Quality Award program presented by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. The award recognizes quality care for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Human resources

Spokane Federal Credit Union has named Megan S hover as director of human resources. Previously, Shover worked in human resources at Vivint Inc. and as an office administrator/recruiting manager for Provisional Recruiting and Staffing. She served on the board of directors of the Inland Northwest Society for Human Resources Management for six years and is a certified Professional in Human Resources.

Austin Stolp has received the Benefit Planning Rookie of the Year Award from PayneWest Insurance in recognition of an excellent first full year of employment.

Several local Allstate agency owners have received the Allstate Premier Agency designation for 2014 in recognition of their customer service and involvement in their communities. Kevin Miller has been named corporate director of security for the Davenport Hotel Collection. Miller has more than 27 years of leadership experience, including roles in field offices for the U.S. Secret Service and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Nonprofit

Marty Gonzales has been named chief executive officer for Generation Alive. Gonzales was previously executive director of Mobius Children’s Museum and Mobius Science Center. He has more than eight years of experience in nonprofit executive management.

Natalie Palmer has been elected governor of District 9 of Toastmasters International. Palmer was previously lieutenant governor, education and training, for District 9. She has been a member of Toastmasters since 2008.

Etailz has hired Maddie McGee as a purchasing assistant and Noriko Sunada as the Japan vendor onboarding specialist.

Todd McGann and Pamela Dubrock have joined the Northwest Enterprise Sales team at CenturyLink. McGann is an account manager and Dubrock is an account consultant. McGann has more than three years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry and was previously the executive director of Washington Youth Soccer. Dubrock has more than 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and was previously a client services manager at XO Communications.
