From staff reports
Two men were arrested overnight on suspicions they held up a Division Street pizza shop while armed with guns. Gregory A. Binkley, 46, and Richard L. Baird, 37, were booked into Spokane County Jail just before 4 a.m. Friday, both facing charges of first-degree armed robbery. Spokane Police received a call of the robbery around 11 p.m. Thursday, according to a news release. A witness said two men entered Rosa’s Pizza at 3422 N. Division St., showed guns and ran with cash. Officers later found Binkley and Baird near the intersection of Cataldo Avenue and Division Street, and were able to identify them as suspects based on a witness’ description of the robbers, according to the news release.
