Harrop is wrong

Froma Harrop (July 19) should familiarize herself with the U.S. Constitution before throwing rocks at the House Republicans. The Constitution clearly says that all laws will originate in the Congress.

It is true that last year the Republicans in the House attempted to delay the employer mandate. The attempt failed because the Democrats turned it down. The suit against President Barack Obama will come because he is violating the Constitution to change the law to extend the employer mandate without going through Congress as required by the Constitution.
