Obituary: Costigan, Patrick L.
Age 62
Pat was a loving husband, father, “papa”, brother, friend, mentor and coach and his death will create a void for many.
His life priorities were God, Family, Friends and work in service of others.
His life goals always focused on giving to and caring for those he loved.
His accomplishments were many and varied and as an adult ranged from military service, to law enforcement, to fundraising.
To condense his life into a single obituary would be impossible.
His pride and passion was for his children, his grandchildren, his friends and his final ministry, Project id, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing life and opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities.
Pat was a cofounder and its executive director.
A celebration of his life will be held in true Pat style - BBQ, fun and fellowship - on August 2nd, 5 PM behind New Creation Fellowship at 1515 E. Farwell Road in Spokane, WA.
In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial tax deductible donations be given to Project id, Inc. by direct deposit to Spokane Teacher’s Credit Union or by check/money order to Project id, Inc, PO Box 18703, Spokane, WA 99228.
