Age 49
Mike was raised in Spokane and graduated from Central Valley High School in 1983.
He entered in the U.S. Navy after graduation.
Mike lived in Spokane for several years after being discharged from the Navy.
He moved to Talladega, AL and was a long haul truck driver before retiring because of a kidney disease that eventually took his life.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth R. Arthur Sr. in 1976.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda; two stepdaughters, Jamie (Justin) and Misty; five grandchildren all in Alabama; his mother, Judy Francis; stepfather, Gerald Francis; sister, Rebecca; brother, Ken; stepbrother, James; nieces, Amy (Derek) and Haley; nephew, Orion and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be at the home of his parents on Sunday, June 8, 2014 from 12:00 to 4:00pm.
