Obituary: Mcdonald, Mark Dean

Age 57

MCDONALD, Mark Dean (Age 57) Mark Dean McDonald was born Christmas Day, December 25, 1956 in Spokane, Washington.

He was one of twin boys born to Terry McDonald and Dorothy (McDonald) Didier.

Mark loved music and was an entertaining DJ at parties and weddings.

He enjoyed being by the water and traveling to big cities, but most of all he loved his children and grandchildren.

Mark passed away from a rare neurological disease Sunday June 8th.

He was preceded in death by his twin brother Michael McDonald and his sister Karen Scott.

He is survived by his son, Ryan McDonald; daughters, Nicole McDonald, Stephanie Hightower, her husband Paul and children Athena, Noble and Adele, Selene McDonald and her son Hudson; his parents, Terry and Dorothy, step-mother, Mickey McDonald and step-father, Ernie Didier.

His brothers, Terry (Marcia) McDonald, Dan (Carol) McDonald, and Jeff (Jennifer) McDonald; and sisters, Linda (Dave) Miller and Cathy (Terry) Schinzel.

He will be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and a large extended family.

Mark brought his quick wit and wonderful sense of humor wherever he went.

Services will be held at St. Thomas More Church, 505 W. St. Thomas More Way, Spokane, Washington.

A Vigil service at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 20, 2014 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 21, 2014.

Inurnment services at Holy Cross Cemetery.
