Spokane Youth Ballet presents ‘Hansel and Gretel’

Spokane Youth Ballet will perform “Hansel and Gretel,” an original production, at 7 p.m. today at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox, 1001 W. Sprague Ave.

The role of the White Dove will be danced by Elizabeth Mick, a Spokane native from the Eugene Ballet. Mick will be partnered with Jude McCoy, who will graduate from Spokane Youth Ballet this year and will attend Texas Christian University this fall on a merit scholarship to the dance department.

Tickets for the event are $9 to $20, plus a $3 theater preservation surcharge, and are available through TicketsWest at (509) 325-SEAT, at the door or by calling the Fox box office at (509) 624-1200.
