CdA woman arrested after allegedly firing gun at boyfriend
A Coeur d’Alene woman was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly firing a gun at her boyfriend during a domestic dispute.
Kari Brouwer was booked into the Kootenai County jail on suspicion of attempted murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Police were initially called to the 700 block of West Walnut Avenue. The arrest occurred at 11:48 p.m.
The outcome of this case was due to the efforts of the Coeur d’Alene Police Department and the North Idaho Violent Crime Task Force, a news release from the Coeur d’Alene Police Department said.
