$1 Summer Movies Express - Spokane Valley Regal Theater Two movies to choose from each Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 a.m. Portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Will Rogers Institute. “Up” Wednesday. By tying thousands of balloons to his home, 78-year-old Carl sets out to fulfill his lifelong dream to see the wilds of South America. Russell, a wilderness explorer 70 years younger, inadvertently becomes a stowaway in this 2009 movie. Rated PG. Movie starts at dusk. Bring blankets and warm clothes for a comfortable evening. All events are dog friendly. The PEMCO Outdoor Movies at Riverfront Park feature big screen movies, circus performers from Spokane Aerial Performance Arts, movie trivia and tasty food trucks. “Frozen” Fearless optimist Anna teams up with Kristoff on an epic journey, encountering Everest-like conditions and a hilarious snowman named Olaf in a race to find Anna’s sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom in eternal winter.
