Obituary: Anderson, Nina Jean “Snookie”
Age 64
Her love of horses began in her early years growing up in Tieton, WA., where she rode horses at the Highland Saddle Club, participated in 4-H, and the Jr. Rodeo.
Becoming a life member of the Highland Saddle Club she enjoyed returning to Tieton every summer to help her family with the annual 4-H Highland Saddle Club.
She was a long-time Spokane Valley resident, graduating from Central Valley High School.
She fell in love and married her husband Craig Anderson in 1973.
In 1981, they had their daughter Heather.
She was an amazing nurturing mother and was faithfully active in her daughter’s life.
In the summers, Snookie enjoyed spending time at the family lake place in Sun Up Bay, Coeur d’ Alene, ID.
Snookie enjoyed a 14 year career in the real estate business which culminated in being a partner with Stonemark Real Estate.
All that knew her were blessed by her signature gift of joy.
Her constant smile, laughter and joking will never be forgotten.
