Obituary: Lacroix, Tami Kae

Age 53

LaCROIX, Tami Kae Was born in Spokane, WA on August 13, 1960 to parents George and Joan LaCroix.

She was a gentle woman and God took her gently at her home on February 22, 2014.

Tami was one of eight children born into a close knit family.

She lived in Spokane her whole life.

Tami graduated from Rogers High School in 1979.

She worked at Spokane Drapery until 1993.

Her career changed and she then worked at Sacred Heart Hospital until 2012.

After that, due to her medical conditions, she spent most of her time close to home and with those she cared for the most.

Tami was preceded in death by both her parents George and Joan LaCroix and also her two brothers Dennis LaCroix, Tom LaCroix, sister-in-law Sooze LaCroix and nephew Aaron Anderson.

Tami leaves behind her loving siblings and their spouses Vic LaCroix, Luci and Carl Anderson, Terry and Laura LaCroix, Patti and Bob Thompson, Sue Abba and Mary and Keven Hitchcock along with her many nephews and nieces Luke, Chase, Raselle, Shawna, Staci, Robert, Mike, Mathew, Jamie, Desiree, Cassandra, Dillion, Spencer, and Jacque and many more grandnieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Tami was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

A service for Tami will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel at 7200 N. Wall on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 2:00 pm with graveside service to follow.

A reception will then be held in the basement of St. Patrick’s Catholic School at 3:00 pm.
