Obituary: Walker, Inez Renee

WALKER, Inez Renee Inez was born on March 20, 1930 in St.

Cloud, MN to Amanda Waggoner Kosel and Joseph Kosel.

In 1945, her parents moved to Billings, MT.

She graduated in the first graduating class from Central Catholic High School in Billings and completed one year at Holy Names Nursing School in Spokane.

Inez was married for 37 years to Clyde J. Walker (married in 1949).

She was an excellent seamstress and loved Down River Golf Club and her Bridge groups.

She worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for doctors’ offices and as a Transcriptionist for Court Reporters.

Inez loved her family and her churches (St. Charles and Assumption).

Inez passed away on February 25, 2014 surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her siblings, Audrey Crum and Gerald Kosel (Gloria); sisters-in-law, Ann Kosel,Teresa Kosel, Patricia Kosel, and Faye Walker; children: Cathe Walker, Karen Volland, and Paul Walker (Marcy); grandchildren: David Volland (Jenny), Renee Warrick (Jim), Kevin Volland (Laci), Craig Hein, and Paul Hein (ChimĂŠne); 23 nieces and nephews and seven great-grandchildren.

Inez is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde Walker; son, Dan Walker; and her siblings: Joseph Kosel Jr., Howard Kosel, and Marvin Kosel.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 7, 2014 at 3 pm at the Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel 7200 N. Wall.
