Age 58

 (Unknown Unknown)
LEVINE, David M. November 23, 1955- March 6, 2014 Dave passed away suddenly on March 6th at his home.

Born and raised in Spokane, he worked and lived a full, vibrant life here.

Dave graduated from Ferris High School, earned a business degree from WSU, and went on to a 35-year career in finance and sales.

He enjoyed over 40 years of playing rec-league soccer, snow skiing, everything about cars, and the camaraderie of golfing with friends.

But most importantly, Dave loved people.

The definition of care and compassion took on special meaning to those who knew how deeply he loved his parents, siblings, extended family, and his rich circle of friends and coworkers.

All who knew Dave would surely attest to his immense generosity and how he relished entertaining others.

Dave was cherished as the favorite uncle by his 18 nephews and nieces.

Additionally, Dave was loved and respected by the children of his best friends.

They were always eager to join him on the ski slopes, at car shows, hockey and basketball games.

Dave invested much of his free time with them.

One by one, they all soon discovered that he was a fun guy to be around.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry.

He is survived by his mother, Peggy; sister, Carrie (Bauer); brothers, Dan (Stacy) and Pete (Sandy) Levine and their children.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, March 15th at 2:00 p.m. at the Southside Senior & Community Center at 3151 E. 27th in Spokane.

Friends and family are invited to join in and share favorite stories of their times with Dave.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for the Cure made in Dave’s name.
