Protect Green Bluff

On March 18, the Spokane County commissioners will make a decision on whether wedding and event centers will be legal in areas zoned Small Tract Agricultural. Weddings and parties might be able to play band music and serve alcoholic beverages in places where the peacefulness of the country is involved.

Small Tract Agricultural areas need to be protected. Every fall, Green Bluff is crowded with people from all over the city of Spokane looking to pick fresh produce. Passing laws that would allow for event center businesses would ruin the country atmosphere.

I have lived on Green Bluff for 12 years, and I would hate to see the peacefulness turn into hectic craziness.
