Of Spokane passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014.
He was born to the late Ivan and Edna Anderson, December 10, 1926, in Saint Cloud, MN.
Laurence graduated from Lewis and Clark High School prior to joining the Navy.
After the Navy, he attended Gonzaga University where he received a BA in Business Administration and Philosophy.
He married the late Verna Anderson in 1949, and they lived together in Spokane, WA.
Laurence worked as an accountant for Kaiser Aluminum until he retired in 1981.
He was an active member of Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church.
Laurence is survived by his two children Steve and Pete Anderson, of Spokane.
He also is survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church, 316 East 24th Avenue, Spokane, WA 99203.
A Graveside Service will follow at 2:30 PM at Spokane Memorial Gardens.
