Offer incorrectly listed as paid

The Diamond Cup hydroplane race organization in Coeur d’Alene has not yet paid Portland-based Starplex Corp. for its 2013 contract with Crowd Management Services. Starplex recently made a settlement offer, which has not yet been accepted by the Diamond Cup. A March 18 article incorrectly stated the offer had been accepted and paid.
