Corporations will divide us

Presidents always make good scapegoats, regardless which party is in office. The United States is going down, just like other empires before it. An empire needs an emperor; and our emperor is the corporation.

As Mitt Romney said: “Corporations are people.” They were given that status by the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (corporate personhood), and like some people they are psychopaths. Their bottom line is always profit, regardless of who gets hurt.

We are not only a divided nation, but polarized to the extreme. “A kingdom divided will not stand (Matthew 12:25),” and “A house divided against itself cannot stand (Mark 3:25).”
