Caper needs Sherlock
“When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.” Seems this applies to the Spokane Tribe’s proposed casino.
All the arguments against it keep getting shot down one after the other, so the real reason for the resistance must be some vested interest in the other casino. For example, the Spokane County commissioners have paid a law firm $300,000 during the past 17 months to fight against the casino, even after the U.S. Air Force said it was not an issue. It seems most arguments are about the location near the base and yet, after pots of money have been spent fighting it, no one has offered a different location that is not a perceived problem for Fairchild Air Force Base.
I wonder why that is? I don’t think we need Sherlock Holmes to figure it out.
