Obituary: Stier, Lavonne Elaine
Age 86
She passed away May 13, 2014 in the Atrium at Rockwood Retirement Community surrounded by her three daughters.
LaVonne was a classy lady and dedicated wife, mother and friend.
She will be greatly missed, forever loved and never forgotten.
LaVonne graduated from Ritzville High School and moved to Spokane and married Don Stier.
She loved to sew, garden and spend time at the lake with family.
LaVonne was a member of the Garden Club, PEO and a lifelong member of First Presbyterian Church, She is survived by her husband, Don of 67 years; daughters, Donna Schweiger (Bill), Shirley Scott (Doug), Gerriann Bos (John); son, Dale Stier (Vicki); six grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will take place at the First Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, May 21 at 1:00, 318 S. Cedar St., Spokane 99201.
