Thieves have stolen credit cards, checks, purses, wallets, GPS devices, stereos and other valuables. In some cases, only a few checks were stolen from the back of a checkbook left in a car and the victims did not immediately realize anything was missing, deputies say.

After the “manzilian,” or Brazilian hair removal for men, he said his jeans irritated his skin so he was driving in his underwear.

A witness saw the man exposing himself Wednesday, the Kitsap Sun reported. He was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
