4 Author Richard Harlan Miller 2 p.m. Saturday, Auntie’s Bookstore, mezzanine, 402 W. Main Ave. “The Gas Hat: Seduction and Dismay in Marin County” is the second novel from Miller, a former editor at The Spokesman-Review.
