Get it for cheep: Ceramic artist Wray Sheen, of Seattle, attaches a hand-carved perch to one of his bird feeders hanging at his kiosk Friday at Artfest, the weekend arts and crafts fair in Coeur d’Alene Park in Spokane’s Browne’s Addition neighborhood. Sheen has a regular stall at the Pike Place Market in Seattle, but participates in several fairs a year with his bird feeders, birdbaths and birdhouses, along with the crafts of his wife and daughter. The fair continues today from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is live music, a row of food vendors and crafters selling jewelry, wood crafts, glassware, sculpture, photography, paintings and musical instruments.
