Actors, minstrels, dancers and storytellers help set the stage for an English Renaissance fair, circa 1545, in 2014 America. 4 Downtown Murals Walking Tour 2 p.m. Saturday, downtown Spokane. Throughout the summer, muralists added a splash of color and life to five underpasses throughout downtown Spokane. These downtown mural teams will lead a tour starting at 2 p.m. from the Mobile Mural location (Third Avenue and Division Street) to all five murals (Division, Howard, Wall, Cedar and Maple). 5 Pete Fromm 7 p.m. Saturday, Auntie’s Bookstore, 402 W. Main Ave. Montana author will read from and sign copies of his latest book, “If Not For This.” In the book, Fromm – a four-time winner of the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Award – writes about Northwest river rafters who fall in love, marry, and battle the ups and downs of life through sickness and in health, in good times and bad. Bose is known as a photographer and as a member of the hip-hop band Flying Spiders.
