6: National Theatre Live’s “Frankenstein”
Two actors who portray Sherlock Holmes on two different continents team up for a staged version of “Frankenstein” for the National Theatre in London, directed by Danny Boyle (“Slumdog Millionaire”). Benedict Cumberbatch (the BBC’s “Sherlock”) and Jonny Lee Miller (CBS’s “Elementary”) alternate playing Dr. Frankenstein and his creation in filmed versions of the smash hit play.
