Maurer the right choice

Aimee Maurer was born in South Korea and adopted into the United States in 1974. She grew up on a farm in Colville, where she learned the importance of a strong work ethic.

I have personally known Maurer for at least the past 25 years. She came from a humble background and put herself through undergraduate, then law school, at Gonzaga University. After graduating, Maurer served our community as a Spokane County deputy prosecutor, protecting the citizens of Spokane.

Maurer also has extensive civil litigation experience. She has been involved in litigating cases that have gone to the Washington Supreme Court, Washington Court of Appeals and other courts across Washington.

Maurer’s legal knowledge, experience and reputation as a hard worker have led to numerous endorsements from our local judges, local elected officials and local community leaders. In addition, she has raised strong bipartisan support, which speaks to her ability to find consensus and successfully work with varying points of view. Maurer is the right choice for Spokane County District Court judge, Position 7.
