The licensing process to become a foster parent takes 90 days. A story on the foster care system that ran on Page A1 on Monday contained incorrect information about the length of time the process takes.
Reierson’s uncle served in World War I
The uncle of James Richard Reierson, who is running for Spokane County District Court judge, served in World War I. The information about his uncle’s service was incorrect in a Wednesday story. Reierson said Wednesday that he has waved a campaign sign in multiple locations within Spokane County. Wednesday’s article mentioned only one location.
