Death of Lucille Moore, 82, ruled a homicide
An 82-year-old Ephrata woman died of sharp wounds to her neck and chest, according to an autopsy conducted this week by the Grant County Coroner’s Office.
Lucille Moore, 82, was found dead in her home Monday in the 1200 block of Sunset Street.
City Administrator Wes Crago told iFIBER One News that Moore owned several rental properties, and many families in Ephrata rented their first homes from her.
Detectives went door-to-door Monday in the neighborhood seeking suspects in the slaying.
