Obituary: Sattler, Wayne

SATTLER, Wayne (Age 83) Died September 8, 2014 at his home in Spokane, WA.

Wayne was born to Roy and Rose (Hoerner) Sattler in Richardton, ND on November 17, 1930.

He was employed as a truck driver for URM for many years, retiring in 1993.

A prayerful man, Wayne was devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren as well as his Catholic faith.

He is survived by his wife Phyllis, nee Weber, at the home; two daughters, Suzanne Sattler, Spokane, WA, Diana (George) Affonso, Bonney Lake, WA; a son David (Victoria) Sattler, Spokane, WA; three granddaughters; a brother Joe (Gail) Sattler, Liberty Lake, WA; two sisters, Bernice Obert and Kathleen Sattler, both of Spokane, WA.

A rosary will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday, September 12, 2014 at Hennessey Funeral Home, 2203 N. Division St. Spokane, WA.

Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 P.M Saturday, September 13 at Mary Queen Catholic Church, 3423 E. Carlisle Ave., Spokane, WA.

Urn committal will take place at a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery.
