Deficit boost not a budget
In reading the March 24 paper, I saw the article about the congressional Democrats reaching an agreement on their fiscal budget. If accepted, this spending would increase the deficit by $6 billion.
My simple question is: How can you realistically, without laugh, call this a budget?
